PowerPro Patrol 3.0L

Thanks to Hiflo's PowerPro range of 'plug in' diesel upgrade units, you can increase the power and torque of your turbo diesel by up to 25%. The unit plugs in between the original computer and the injection system of your car by means of OEM plugs, thus avoiding the need for irreversible alterations to the original ECU or the wiring loom. [unlike chip tuning, where the original ECU is reprogramed] This allows for fitment within a matter of minutes. And it is just as easy to remove, allowing you to take out the PowerPro, without any trace of it being installed.

The PowerPro intercepts the data coming from the original ECU, recomputes and optimizes it, before sending the modified parameters to the pump (only the volume and time of injection are altered, never the injection or turbo pressure). Some units can be supplied with an optional switch allowing the driver to turn the unit off or on while driving.

Also, the car's original ECU remains connected. Therefore, if the electronics of the PowerPro detect the slightest operating anomaly, the engine automatically returns to its original configuration so your engine/car doesn't stop running.

All PowerPro performance modules are fully covered by Hiflo's warranty, and will provide you with many years of reliable service.

NOTE: As with all Hiflo performance products, we strongly recommend fitting an EGT and boost gauge to get the most out of your diesel while helping to minimizing the risk of engine damage.
